PART 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?

When you purchase something from our store as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal data you provide, such as your name, address and email address. As you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that enables us to learn more about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (where applicable): With your consent, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored via Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: If you choose to use a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information. This data is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored for no longer than is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once the transaction is complete, your transaction data will be deleted.

All Direct Payments gateways comply with PCI-DSS standards, which are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, an alliance of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PART 5 - CLARIFIED

In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may provide your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna during the purchase process so that Klarna can assess your eligibility for their payment methods and tailor these payment methods to you. The processing of the personal data you provide will be in accordance with Klarna's own privacy policy".

Billpay/Klarna payment options: In order to offer you Klarna's payment options and to assess your eligibility for their payment options and to tailor the payment options to you, we may share your personal data in the form of contact and order details with Klarna and Billpay at checkout. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and as set out in Klarna's privacy policy and Billpay's privacy statement.

Google Analytics: our store uses Google Analytics to track who visits our website and which pages are viewed.

SECTION 7 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry standard practices to ensure that it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

When you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored using AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and use additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 8 - COOKIES

Here is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them here so you can choose whether or not to disable cookies. _session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.). _shopify_visit, no data retention, stored for 30 minutes from last visit, used by our website provider's internal statistics tracker to track the number of visits _shopify_uniq, no data retention, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) the next day, counts the number of times a single customer visits a store. Card, unique token, stored for 2 weeks, stores information about the contents of your shopping cart. _secure_session_id, unique token, sessional storefront_digest, unique token, undefined If the store has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access. PREF, which remains for a very short period of time, is set by Google and keeps track of who visits the store and from where.

Text Marketing Terms and Conditions:
We use an SMS platform subject to the following terms. By signing up for our text marketing and messaging, you agree to be bound by these terms. By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, by registering via our registration form or via a search term, you consent to us sending you text messages (for your order, including reminders of canceled orders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase. Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc, an EU company based in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This information is used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications. When you send text messages, the phone number is forwarded to an SMS operator to ensure delivery of the messages.
If you no longer wish to receive text messages and marketing communications, please reply STOP to each mobile message we send you or use the unsubscribe link we provide in each of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of unsubscribing, such as using different words or requests, are not considered an appropriate method of unsubscribing. Messages and dates may be subject to fees. If you have any questions, you can text "HELP" to the number where you received the messages. You can also contact us for more information.
